Thank you for shopping with Empress Privé Skin Aesthetics. We take pride in providing high-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic items, please review our policy carefully.


Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

We will accept returns only if:

• The item is unused and unopened
• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
• The product is in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Subscription Orders

Membership and subscription charges are recurring. Refunds are not issued for subscription renewals once processed.
