Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2020

This policy applies to subscriptions and membership purchases.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring charges according to the billing frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment method will automatically be charged on the renewal date unless canceled prior to renewal.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your customer account before the next billing date.

Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before the next renewal to avoid being charged.

If a charge has already been processed, it is non-refundable.

If your plan includes a minimum billing cycle commitment, you agree to complete the required billing periods before cancellation.

If a payment fails:

• We may retry the charge
• Your subscription may be paused
• Access to member benefits may be suspended

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or benefits with reasonable notice.
